Fundamental purpose isn’t superficial…or readily translated into design. It’s inherently human, revealed by a deft touch and contextualized by data. UX researcher Elizabeth Nair reaches deep into the shadows where pain points live, zeroing in on user needs and business goals, and how individual and international social dynamics play a part.
A public speaker and UX professional, Elizabeth’s background in research, non-profit work, and corporate social responsibility complements her Environmental Geographies, Politics and Culture degree from the University of Melbourne. She pursues deeper levels of user insight, and helps stakeholders surface their knowledge and experience to greatest effect.
Prior to settling in New York, Elizabeth worked in her native Singapore on corporate social responsibility in the fashion industry. She also worked for the COMO Foundation, a grant-giving non-profit that helps women and girls worldwide.
Elizabeth’s role at studio.zeldman focuses on the design of optimal user experiences, based on prioritized needs, and goals stemming from data provided by shareholders and users.
