Elizabeth Nair, UX Researcher

Fundamental purpose isn't superficial...or readily translated into design. It's inherently human, revealed by a deft touch and contextualized by data. UX researcher Elizabeth Nair reaches deep into the shadows where pain points live, zeroing in on user needs and business goals, and how individual and international social dynamics play a part.
